Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from me and my family!
2009 brings a new member to our family in early May. I'll post some ultrasound photos of Liam James later this week.
We have many things to look forward too this year.

Thanks always for your love and support!

Holiday Session with Sydney, Wyatt and Deacon

I had the pleasure of photographing our friend's three children this weekend at their house. They are so cute. The best subject was their 4 month old son..he was all smiles throughout the shoot. The other two were adorable as well once they were bribed with sweets from their daddy! It was a great time and I hope their Grandpa loves the photos for his birthday present!

Mr. Wyatt is such a cutie!

Sydney was such a sweetie.
Deacon has the best smile ever. And whoever invented the Bumbo ROCKS! I will have to pick one up for our little boy.

Their mom suggested dressing them in their Christmas pajamas and they turned out so cute!

It's always nice to end it with a KISS!

Holiday Session with the Wiatrowski's

For the past three years I have had the pleasure of photographing the Wiatrowski family. In 2006 baby Eli was still in momma Jenn's belly, now he is an active adorable toddler running his own show at this years session. We always book around the same time of year and always have fun shooting at Lettuce Lake Park in Tampa.

I love watching Sam, their older son grow up each year through my camera. Here are some of my favorites from the shoot.

Thanks again for allowing me to photograph your family! Happy Holidays

Tis the Season...

It's that time of year where you need to start thinking about your holiday card!

Let me be a part of that tradition.

Book now for your 45 min session on location for $200. The shoot includes one high resolution image to be used for your card. I will post a gallery online with a larger edit for you to purchase prints.

If you want me to take care of everything I have an assortment of holiday card templates to chose from to make your cards unique at an additional cost.

So, give me a call, or email me at info@christinedelessiophotography.com to set up a time and date. I will only be shooting these through the first week in December.

Thanks

Natalie's 4 month photo session

I can't believe Natalie "Little Bear" Butler is going to be 5 months in a few short weeks.

I had the pleasure of photographing her a couple of weeks ago and she has grown so much since our last shoot. Here are some of my favorites.

She's such a sweetie and very photogenic, just like her beautiful parents, who are doing an awesome job with her for being new kids on the block!

I can't wait to shoot her holiday card pix!

Race for the Cure

As many of you know I am a huge advocate for breast cancer research and fundraising. Every year I participate in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and in 2005 I also walked in the 3 Day with my family and friends to help raise money and awareness. I think I'm ready for another one of those, so, look out for a fundraising email from me(;

This year I was invited to participate on a team for the Florida Suncoast Race for the Cure in St. Pete and I invited along my family again. My mom has stage IV breast cancer. She has been a survivor since 1989. We walk for her, we also walk for my daughter, that she never has to know what this disease is. My mom started a new chemo treatment last month and received her second round on Thursday, so, she couldn't make the walk, but I had my dad, my hubby and my daughter.

It was a gorgeous morning. Our friends Kristin and Julia ran in the 5k, but the rest of us enjoyed the sunrise and the cool weather as we supported my mom.

Thanks to all my friends and family that donated.

Jimmy and Cate before the walk. My dad was hiding behind them being silly.

Team, The Cause that Counts! Most of our team were sleepy heads and didn't make the actual race, but their donations were appreciated!
Me and my baby girl...not sure what she is doing with her face. We were all a little punchy being up since 5.

On Cate's race i.d. we wrote: Walking for my Grandma!

The Quinlan Kids

In August I was in my hometown of Louisville, Ky. to help my good friend @robertburgephotography.com as a second shooter for a wedding he was photographing.

While there I also had the pleasure of photographing my high school buddy, Amy's beautiful children at Locust Grove.

It was so amazing to not only see an old friend, who I haven't seen in 15 years, but to also meet her husband and their two kids.

Here are a few of my favorites.

The Bug is all grown up

So, yesterday I went to Gulfport and met my friend, @eliseschreinerphotography, a local photographer to take my family pics. We actually shot each other's. Anyway, I took a few of Cate as Elise was shooting and we had a great time shooting all the kids, she has two of her own. While I was shooting their pics, I heard a click on my 5D and the viewfinder went black. I took my lens off and the mirror fell out in my hand. I was not a happy camper. Luckily, Elise let me borrow one of her cameras to finish the shoot. In the craziness, she leant me a disc to shoot with and she took it with her. So, I don't have anything to share of her family or kids.  I'll get some up in the next day or so.

You can check out her blog to see more photos of us(;

Long time...

Wow..I am an official blog slacker. I had an incredibly busy spring and summer and can't believe I haven't posted in 5 months and today is the first day of fall.

So, it's been great with work and play. Here are some of my favorite moments in print!

Please check back in the next couple of weeks. I will have my launch of my website!

Thanks for checking me out..AGAIN(;

My family and I went to St. Augustine to have a mini break and also photograph Valerie and Jason's big day. The ceremony was amazing set on the water at the oldest Catholic church in America. The reception was fantastic as well at the historic Casa Monica. Thanks again for allowing me the pleasure of being a part of your big day!

In April I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Pratt of Studio Blu Photography shooting Mike and Marie's wedding. Their reception was in Clearwater at the Kapok Tree. Mike and Marie are a great couple who incorporated their family in their wedding ceremony to make  it one of kind.

This is my favorite shot of the day. The light from the stained glass makes this moment of her waiting to walk down the aisle, beautiful.

The day before they moved to Washington, D.C. I had the pleasure of shooting Nicola and Abhi's engagement pictures. I will be heading up to NY next May for their big day. I can't wait. They are so adorable and in love.

I will be updating this family photo in the next week or so. This was from Natalie Butler's first photo session at one month. Her mom, Jaymi and Johnathan have hired me for the year to chronicle their Little Bear's first year. Check back in a few days for the 4 month shoot.

More Babies! My cousin's Meghan and Adam asked me to take some pictures before their little bundle of joy was born. Well, a few weeks ago Sophie Rose arrived. We're so thrilled to have another girl in the family and I can't wait to meet her in person.

Coneshia & Nick 3.15.08

Sorry I haven't been better about updating more. I have had a busy spring. I photographed Corneshia and Nick's wedding on March 15. I had such a great time with them and their family and friends. We met at the Sheraton in Westshore and it's lobby leant itself to such a beautiful backdrop for the portraits. Afterwards they had their wedding ceremony at Bible-Based Fellowship Church in Carrollwood. Corneshia's mom was the officiant. Afterwards they had their reception at Higgins Hall. I was so excited to be a part of their big day and I wish them the best.

Here are some photos from the day.

Looking for Mr. Wright

I can't wait to put on my pinstrips!

The Bug had to get in on the excitement too!

So, we are a few months out before the first day of Spring, but this week kicks off the best part of the season..BASEBALL. And in Florida, it starts tomorrow!
As man of you know I'm a huge NY Mets fan, I have been for years. I remember being a little girl and going to the Cincinnati Reds v. the Mets games and hunting down the players at their hotel for autographs. My first crush was on Greg Jeffries, and then came Todd Hundley and now, well, there is only one Mr. Right...David Wright. On March 7, I am bringing the most important man in my life, my daddy with me for a date to Winterhaven, to watch the Mets and Indians play. We have seats behind the Met's dugout and I have a brand new shiny ball to bring to get more autographs. The coolest part in all of this is I will be wearing my new Wright jersey courtesy of my folks.
So, let's play ball!
